Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join an international Salesforce COE team, supporting the adoption and roll-out of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud across multiple countries. The role involves requirement gathering, functional analysis, and ensuring local needs align with the global template.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.

Conduct functional analysis and support solution design.

Identify local gaps versus the global Salesforce template.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business teams, and Salesforce consultants.

Requirements

Middle-level seniority.

Experience in the Consumer Goods industry (preferred, not mandatory).

Fluent in English .

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
