Job descriptionLead product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle—from discovery and Conduct structured interviews, surveys, and usage analyses to understand user needs Develop customer personas and use research insights to shape product direction and Lead hypothesis testing via MVPs, feature experiments, and pilot initiatives to validate Collaborate with the IT and research teams to understand user needs and ensure the Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to integrate advanced data Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success and inform strategic Leverage user feedback and product analytics to enhance functionality, usability, and Design and scale clear, effective customer support processes. Create documentation and support channels to reduce friction in onboarding and Collaborate with engineering and operations to streamline how support issues are Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in financial Use market insights to inform product improvements and maintain Arcanis’ competitive 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services, data Analytical / research background, preferably in Investment or Venture Capital Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch, with a focus Experience working with data engineering, AI / ML teams, and large datasets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business A dynamic, innovative environment with opportunities for growth and professional Access to cutting-edge technology and industry-leading datasets.
