The Role
As a pivotal figure in our IT department, you will oversee and coordinate the entire change management process. Your critical role ensures that changes to IT systems and infrastructure align with business objectives and are made in a controlled and authorized manner. With exceptional organizational skills and a passion for excellence, you will develop and implement effective change management strategies. Your expertise and collaborative approach will ensure the seamless transition of changes, significantly contributing to our organizational success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement change management strategies and processes to facilitate the adoption of workplace changes across the organization
- Serve as the chair of CAB meetings, bringing together stakeholders to review and approve changes
- Prioritize change requests based on their impact and urgency
- Assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and services
- Document change management processes, including change plans and procedures, and communicate change-related information to relevant teams and stakeholders
- Use your experience in incident and problem management to identify potential risks associated with changes
- Collaborate with incident and problem management teams to identify potential risks and ensure smooth transitions during change implementation
- Support testing activities before and after change implementation, and address any issues related to changes during the implementation phase
