Who we are

By joining our project, you will be working on an initiative of the European Commission focused on creating a more efficient, modern and secure customs environment within the European Union. Being part of this initiative set on a 5 years’ timeline, you will have the opportunity to work on topics such as digitalization of customs processes, streamlining customs procedures to facilitate trade and reduce costs, harmonization of customs rules across all EU member states and combating fraud.

This purposeful project will not only give you the opportunity to have an impact on one of the key topics within the European Union, it will also offer you various professional opportunities, let you experience a collaborative environment, using cutting-edge technologies and experiencing diversity in your everyday professional life.

What you'll be doing

• Playing a crucial role in managing information flow within and outside the project team.
• Creating and implementing comprehensive communication plans that align with project goals while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Preparing and distributing regular updates, reports, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed in a clear and timely manner.
• Establishing and maintaining strong communication platforms to support transparency and seamless information exchange.
• Overseeing newsletters, memos, emails, and other internal communication materials to ensure alignment with the project's mission.
• Planning, writing, and editing content for websites, social media, and press releases while collaborating with marketing and design teams.
• Organizing and managing PR activities and events to enhance the project's visibility and engagement, sometimes acting as a spokesperson.
• Developing policies and procedures for managing crisis situations while ensuring effective reputation management.
• Tracking and analyzing communication strategies, monitoring press coverage, and reporting communication outcomes to stakeholders.
• Overseeing and executing social media strategies to engage audiences and promote the project effectively.
