At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.  Responsibilities : Managing full cycle recruitment process for IT positions.

Including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, providing assessment and reference checks; Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way; Be accountable for HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding; Providing assistance and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR processes, policies, and inquiries; Managing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, and handling compliance with labor laws.

Ensuring accurate time-off and sick leave management; Take care of office equipment, supplies, and ensuring employees have everything they need.

Requirements : At least 3 years of relevant recruitment and HR experience in IT industry; Experience in lead full-cycle recruitment, attract top talent, and ensure seamless onboarding; Knowledge of labor laws and HR administration; Experience in organizing employer branding initiatives is a plus; Excellent communication and strong organizational skills, attention to detail with an eagerness to learn and contribute; The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and be a creative problem solver; Outstanding communication skills in both Romanian and English; Located in Bucharest.
