Stratpharma, a global leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, is currently seeking a motivated Sales & Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Medical Representative at Stratpharma Romania, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative products to doctors and pharmacies. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.
Tasks
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Stratpharma's portfolio of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, local key accounts and wholesalers.
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Stratpharma's products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
- Regularly update CRM system with relevant customer and sales information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Organization and Time Management
Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve the best possible coverage to all HCP.Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.Customer Relation
Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process.Uncover the customer’s needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value.Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales & medical promotion, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.Previous experience in medical promotion to : plastic surgery, dermatology, gynecology, radiotherapy – is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.Willingness to travel within assigned territory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Fluency in English.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Authorization to work in the country.Benefits
