What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and documenting operational processes using ITILv3 and ITILv4 frameworks
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align business needs with process architecture
• Deploying and integrating new processes within operational squads
• Leading training sessions and workshops to onboard teams to new processes
• Monitoring implementation phases to resolve bottlenecks and challenges
• Reviewing existing processes and implementing continuous improvements
• Conducting regular audits to ensure quality, compliance, and process accuracy
• Maintaining up-to-date process documentation repositories
• Facilitating communication across squads and fostering cross-functional alignment
• Reporting performance metrics and improvement strategies to senior management
• Promoting a culture of process ownership and operational excellence
