For our client , a global technology company undergoing a full-scale S / 4HANA public cloud transformation—we’re seeking a SAP Functional Technical Lead with deep expertise in at least two core modules (e.g., SD + MM or MM + PP) and strong end-to-end process knowledge across O2C, P2P, or Plan-to-Produce.

As SAP Lead, you will :
- Lead the S / 4HANA transformation , driving process harmonization and fit-to-standard implementations
- Build and lead the SAP team, defining sourcing strategies, mentoring consultants, and planning capacity
- Ensure operational excellence , managing rollouts, data migrations, testing, and stable system operations
- Own and govern the SAP portfolio , ensuring alignment with best practices and clean-core principles
- Collaborate with stakeholders , aligning SAP capabilities with business needs across functions and countries
- Manage external partners, define SLAs, and oversee performance to ensure delivery quality
- Support local teams , providing expert guidance, training, and process consistency across geographies
What we’re looking for
Priority Modules & Process Expertise
Deep hands-on expertise in at least two core S / 4HANA modules : SD, MM, EWM, FI / CO, or PPStrong end-to-end process knowledge across O2C, P2P, Plan-to-Produce, and R2RCombinations are welcome (e.g., SCM focus with MM + PP, or SD + MM)Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years of SAP consulting experience, with multiple S / 4HANA implementations or rolloutsBroad functional module expertise (minimum two core modulesProven project leadership and delivery experienceFit-to-standard mindset and solution architecture / design skills across S / 4HANAAbility to guide technical decisions (standard vs. extension, clean-core guardrails) without deep engineering skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsLeadership & Team Management
