Customer Service Specialist (Romanian Speaker) needed in Lisbon, Portugal!

Key Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service for Smart Lighting Devices, answering inquiries and offering troubleshooting assistance.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, friendly, and professional responses.

Assist in resolving product-related issues, ensuring customers have the best experience.

Work as part of a dynamic team to meet and exceed service goals and expectations.

Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and service quality.

What Were Looking For :

Fluency in Romanian (C1 / C2)

Experience in customer service or related fields (preferably in a tech or product environment)

Strong communication skills , both written and verbal

A problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others.

Team-oriented , with the ability to work independently when needed.

A positive, proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn
