EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Ensures business critical & innovative results
- Builds strategic partnerships with key decision makers in customer & partner organization
- Manages projects of high volume or high risk / complexity
- Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions, including quality assurance
- Plan and personalise the customer journey to cloud while maintaining global scalability and consistency
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops / meetings with internal and external clients
- Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards
- Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
- Support pre-sales activities
- Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
- Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered
- Support line manager(s) in people development tasks and supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
- Introduces SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience
- Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes
WORK EXPERIENCE
3+ years of work experience in consulting, delivering implementation services for various customersVery good knowledge of financial business and controlling processesStrong knowledge and experience with SAP CO S / 4Hana configurationsExperience or knowledge in the integration with the other modulesExperience in working in virtual teams and international environmentEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, PolytechnicsHigh customer orientation, service attitude and business acumenProven communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skillsAbility to coach / mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting servicesProfessional Trainings & Solution CertificationFOREIGN LANGUAGES
Fluent RomanianEnglish at business levelConversational / advanced German or any other European language is an added advantageBENEFITS
