The Role
A Solutions Engineers at DG partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure the successful adoption and long-term value of our product across their customer portfolios. This role focuses specifically on supporting our US accounts and requires working US business hours (9 am – 6 pm EST) .
You will own the technical side of the post-sales customer journey, from integration and deployment to training and optimization.
Key responsibilities :
- Participating in recurring customer calls to understand business processes and technical environments.
- Designing, integrating, and optimizing customer service automations with our Visual Flow Builder.
- Developing platform integrations in Node.js or Python via AWS Lambda.
- Managing technical support responses and escalations to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Continuously improving solutions to maximize product impact and customer value.
- Training customers to build, update, and manage automations using our platform.
- Identifying and communicating product enhancement opportunities to our Product and Engineering teams.
