Job descriptionShared Accommodation for the first year at just 280 / month , with all utilities included (discounted directly from your pay slip) Provide exceptional customer service for Smart Lighting Devices, answering inquiries and offering troubleshooting assistance. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, friendly, and professional responses. Assist in resolving product-related issues, ensuring customers have the best experience. Work as part of a dynamic team to meet and exceed service goals and expectations. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and service quality. Fluency in Romanian (C1 / C2) Experience in customer service or related fields (preferably in a tech or product environment) Strong communication skills , both written and verbal A problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others. Team-oriented , with the ability to work independently when needed.
