Deputy Communication Director

We are looking for a Deputy Director of Communication to join our leadership team and help define the voice of our organization.

E-INFRA is one of the most powerful Romanian groups, with an activity of over 28 years.

Through the companies part of the Group, E-INFRA operates in areas such as energy, telecommunications and civil infrastructure, being also present in key areas such as energy and green energy production, energy and natural gas distribution or telecommunications.

The Group brings together the activities of Electrogrup, Nova Power & Gas, Direct One, Wesee and Netcity , companies active in the field of energy infrastructure and telecom projects.

Alongside these, the E-INFRA Group has been constantly developing and   today has nearly 1200 employees.

In this role, you will report to Group Director of Communication & Marketing and will lead 4 enthusiast colleagues, part of the PR, Digital & CSR teams.

Some of the most important activities, but not limited to :   Develop and implement integrated communication and PR strategies aligned with business objectives Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging Build and maintain strong media relations and oversee press releases, interviews, and events Lead crisis communication and reputation management initiatives Coordinate corporate social responsibility and sustainability communication projects Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic goals Public Relations & Media : Draft press releases, interview materials, opinion articles, and other editorial content.

Coordinate and maintain direct relationships with journalists, influencers, and relevant publications.

Organize press conferences, media meetings, and PR events.

Monitor media coverage and manage responses to press inquiries.

CSR and Sponsorships : Support CSR initiatives and approved sponsorship projects, ensuring proper implementation and communication.

Internal & External Communication : Coordinate the execution of employee messages, internal campaigns, and engagement initiatives.

Develop content for intranet and internal channels, aligned with the direction set by the Director.

What we are looking for : Minimum 7 years of experience in communication (strategic and operational), with a strong focus on PR, CSR, marketing, internal & external communication, team leading and cross-functional collaboration.  Experience in complex industries such as infrastructure, energy, or telecommunications.

Proven portfolio of press releases, articles, and PR campaigns that positively impacted brand reputation.

Excellent writing and editing skills in Romanian and English.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment.
