Posizione

IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI & C. S.p.A., a general construction company, with construction sites in Italy and abroad, is looking for a Project Controller to be employed on infrastructural projects in Romania, supporting the Project Manager, in connection with the Project Control Manager Area Romania.

Following the timelines / priorities of the projects’ production process the role includes, but is not limited to, the following activities :

• Carry out activities related to the project budget (bid reordering, forecasts revisions for the full project life cycle and issuance of the annual economic forecasts);
• Coordinate the Project’s Project Control Department Team (Quantity surveyors, Planning and Cost Control);
• Verify the works carried out by collecting the measurements prepared by the concerned Departments, update the Budget considering the quantities and monitor the incidences of the main resources employed on site;
• Prepare the monthly Cost Control report using the Earned value methodology according to the project WBS, analyzing the deviations showed in the effectiveness and efficiency controls, draft the corporate reports related to the performance management;
• Develop the work program according to the project WBS and monitor the work progress, analyzing the deviations during the project’s life cycle.
