We are looking for a System Analyst to join our partner team , supporting E-Commerce operations and contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of digital and IT solutions across the business.
Responsibilities :
Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT
components such as applications, modules, or information systems.
- Analyze business stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications (CRDs Change Request Documents).
- Create functional and technical documentation to support solution design and implementation.
- Communicate and validate technical requirements with internal (RO) and external (EN) partners, following a standardized request submission process.
- Review and validate technical solutions proposed by internal / external partners through Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), ensuring optimal integration across applications, infrastructure, data, business processes, and organizational structures.
- Provide support during the entire project lifecycle and after go-live, including writing technical test scenarios, collaborating with business teams on UAT, and ensuring UAT sign-off.
- Support the Change Management process (communication, organizational readiness, production go-live, hypercare).
- Offer Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility.
- Assist Level 1 teams and contribute to the improvement and automation of repetitive processes.
- Identify and propose optimizations for both processes and technical solutions, working closely with external partners and Ahold Delhaize Group IT teams.
Mandatory Requirements :
Technical experience in the E-Commerce domain.
Participation in the analysis, design, or implementation of SAP Hybris solutions (preferred).
Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
Proficiency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
