System Analyst Warehouse

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our partner team , supporting warehouse operations and contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions across the business.

Responsibilities :

Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT

components such as applications, modules, or information systems.

Analyze business stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical CRDs (Change Request Documents).

• Communicate and defend technical requirements with external partners (communication exclusively in English).
• Propose solutions to optimize operational processes and prepare technical specifications aligned with project needs.
• Provide support during the project lifecycle and after implementation, including application testing and end-user training.
• Offer L2 support for the applications and systems under your responsibility.
• Identify and recommend process and technical optimizations in collaboration with external partners and Ahold Delhaize Group IT teams.
• Deliver training sessions for end users and key users across departments involved in implemented projects.
• Create training materials, documentation, and procedures for the functionalities developed within the projects.

Requirements

Completed university studies (preferably in IT or a technical field).

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

3-5 years of experience in IT project implementation.

Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills.

Ability to analyze and document technical or operational logical process flows.

Good command of the English language.

Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and integration skills.

High capacity to understand retail / logistics operational processes.

Experience performing configurations and optimizations in ERP systems and / or logistics systems (WMS).
