We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cyber Security Specialist (Mid-Level) to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's IT infrastructure, data, and systems against cyber threats. Reporting directly to the Security Manager, you will support daily security operations, compliance activities, and incident response while contributing to the development of a strong security culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist with incident response, digital forensics, and root cause analysis.
- Involved in vulnerability assessments and security audits.
- Support compliance with relevant standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.).
- Manage and enforce identity and access controls, including MFA and privileged account monitoring.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security in infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
- Maintain and improve endpoint security, firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
- Deliver security awareness training and promote best practices across the organization.
- Provide security input and support for IT projects and vendor integrations, including vendor IT security assessments.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Over 2 years of experience in IT security and previous 2-3 years in IT Infrastructure.Knowledge in network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS / IPS).Good understanding of operating systems security (Windows, Linux, macOS).Knowledge in vulnerability management tools.Experience with endpoint security (EDR, DLP, MDM).Knowledge of encryption, PKI, SSL / TLS, and secure protocols.Understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight) is nice to have.Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Relevant certifications preferred (CompTIA Security+, CISSP Associate, or equivalent).English advanced.To get this challenge
