Responsibilities : Job summary

The Technology Specialist (TS) is the primary interface in terms of presales for the Customer Focus Team into Lexmark’s development and technical resources. The TS will lead the commercial analysis for Key customers to identify new opportunities to increase the attachment of Software as well as work with the Customer Focus Team and the customer to link the technical capabilities for Lexmark’s core hardware and software offers to business environments and systems in order to close business. As a Technology Specialist you will also be responsible for resource request management and overall professional services coordination for his area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducts process discoveries and client interviews to identify needs and solutions.
• Develops proposals, Statements of Work, and RFP responses with the Customer Focus Team.
• Communicates with customer technical contacts to understand business priorities.
• Promotes the Lexmark relationship to customers and third parties.
• Serves as the primary technical contact for pre-sales activities.
• Qualifies enterprise software opportunities through assessments and workshops.
• Consults with customers to provide solutions that enhance business performance.
• Collaborates on proposals and Request for proposal (RFP) responses with sales leads.
• Support Customer Operations in defining and executing Managed Print Services or Distributed Fleet Management projects to grow hardware installations and supply usage
