Senior Service Manager (m / f / d)

The Pan Dacom Group is a medium-sized IT system house with over 300 employees. As a technologically leading manufacturer with its own hardware and software development in Germany, we plan and implement complex networks. Our success is based on excellent service, technological innovation and long-term partnerships.
Your tasks :
- As a solution manager, you will advise our customers on the Pan Dacom "Managed Service" portfolio, consisting of service, service and "as a Service" modules up to the takeover of network operation by Pan Dacom
- You are responsible for the planning, calculation and preparation of offers for managed service projects
- Presenting the prepared offers to the customer is just as much a part of your tasks as supporting our project sales team
- You plan and conduct workshops and regular service meetings to continuously optimize customer service
- You ensure reinsurance with our subcontractors and manufacturers
- In close cooperation with the sales and service team, you will support the processing of tenders
