Job Location : Bucharest, 100% on-site

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Manager to join our rapidly growing iGaming platform. This dual-role position focuses on driving commercial success and managing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance player retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that optimize both commercial outcomes and customer experiences across the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategies and spot growth opportunities.

Campaign Management : Develop and manage marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, overseeing their execution from concept to completion.

Financial Oversight : Manage the financial aspects of commercial projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring ROI targets are met.

CRM Management :

CRM Strategy Development : Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies focused on player retention, loyalty, and increasing lifetime value.

Data-Driven Insights : Use advanced data analytics to gain insights into player behaviors, enabling personalized campaigns and communication.

Customer Journey Optimization : Monitor and optimize customer journeys to improve user experience, drive engagement, and ensure maximum profitability.

Performance Tracking : Measure and analyze the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, identifying areas for improvement to boost customer retention and engagement.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Proven experience in Commercial Management or CRM, preferably in iGaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with a focus on growth and profitability.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and loyalty programs.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics and reporting tools.
