OSS Assurance Engineer

Your day to Day

You will design, test and implement the Network Management Information Systems for the external clients (European Vodafone OpCos). Focus on designing and implementing IT systems which ensure monitoring of the telecom and IP networks. Perform consolidation of domain IT systems for the external clients.

• You will design the Service Assurance Software Architecture in terms of design principles, functional blocks and interfaces.
• You will design and develop the IT solutions for each external client (European Vodafone Opco), both in terms of application software, IT hardware, operating systems and data warehouse
• You will test the applications together with the external clients in order to ensure that implemented solutions are responding to the clients’ needs.
• You will define test lists, plan and execute validation activities together with the external clients (local Vodafone OpCos) to validate 3rd parties’ deliverables
• You will be responsible for technical software deliverables of a project (created for the external clients) – high level architectural design specifications, low level design specifications, test plan
• You will write / generate the associated test reports after performing integrations and acceptance tests for the external clients
• You will be in charge of software solutions delivered for external clients - ensure consistence and coherence
