About this role

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content Producer / Media Manager to help build Replika’s internal media presence from the ground up — whether that’s on YouTube, TikTok, or a new format altogether. Your mission : to turn Replika’s world into stories that people genuinely want to watch and follow. Think short documentaries about our users, behind-the-scenes looks at product updates, and inspiring conversations with creators who shape the future of AI companionship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the creation of Replika’s video and social media content strategy (YouTube, TikTok, or emerging channels), supporting X and Instagram growth.
• Produce, plan, and execute video content — from user stories and interviews to product updates and mini-documentaries.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and independent filmmakers to bring authentic, visually engaging narratives to life.
• Experiment with formats and storytelling approaches to grow an audience organically — with minimal spend, but maximum creativity.
• Own Replika’s media presence end-to-end : from concept to publishing, analytics, and audience growth.
