Mission The Unify Service Business Model Owner focuses on successfully implementing and standardizing essential business processes in the Service areas. This position is committed to promoting a culture of change management and continuous improvement by embracing global standards and facilitating the smooth execution of these transformations. What will you do? Support the deployment of UNIFY Business Transformation program in the CEE Zone. Support the UNIFY Journey to Readiness and Fit2Standard approach. Ensure alignment with global UNIFY program objectives and strategies. Drive the standardization and simplification of business processes for Service Business Model in CEE Zone. Learn and adopt the standard in the Service Business Model. Lead Change Management activities for Service Business Model. Be expert in area of Service (Quotation, Order Management, Revenue Recognition, Recurrent Revenue, Maintenance Contracts, Service Delivery, etc.) Raise any local requirements not covered in the global standard for Service Business Model. Leads the Business Transformation required by Best of Breed applications (FAST / BAXTER, CPQ4S) and Unify prerequisites (Offer Industrialization, Commercial Policy, Data Transformation, etc.), ensuring timely completion and readiness of Service BoB deployments. Participate in the required testing activities in Migrate phase of the program (Unify deployment). Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including zone and country management, global teams and function leaders. Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to ensure smooth program execution. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Proven experience in implementing business & commercial transformation projects, process transformation and standardization. Customer oriented, with finance, business & commercial acumen in IT / energy management and industrial automation markets. Great understanding of Service Sales operations, internal processes (Quotation, Order Management, Revenue Recognition, Recurrent Revenue, Maintenance Contracts, Service Delivery, etc.) and digital systems (bFO SalesForce, PIM, SAP, Configurators, mySchneider, SE Website, CPQ, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good listener with analytical mindset, critical thinker & problem solver Documentation and writing skills. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communicator and confident presenter with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills. Team player and effective leader who can motivate cross-cultural teams.
