You’ll be part of a dynamic team with a broad knowledge of how Oracle’s cloud platform works. The team regularly work in partnership with customer support, service owners and engineering teams around the globe to ensure the highest quality service is delivered to customers.
The Technical Operations Engineer will provide support for OCI’s Sovereign realms. This role is not a Monday to Friday core hours role. This will involve working a 24 / 7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends and public holidays. (See “Shift Format” section, later in this document).

Shift Format :
This role is not a Monday to Friday core hours role. This will involve working a 24 / 7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
The role involves working 5 days a week (40 hours), including one weekend day per shift. You will be assigned to a shift rotas of either (1) Sunday to Thursday or (2) Tuesday to Saturday. There are three rotating shifts – early, late and night.
On-call or overtime is not generally expected in this role, but you may be required to have on-call or overtime duties occasionally, based on business needs.
