Job Description Act as project manager and consultant for global rollout projects; Lead cross-functional project teams including IT, logistics and guide external service providers; Align implementation activities with project timelines, milestones, and objectives; Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive measures; Communicate project updates and status to relevant stakeholders including management; Connect warehouse operations with our IT-applications for best productivity; Mentoring and training new team members and ensuring their integration into the team. Qualifications Proven experience in project management and proven track record of successfully implemented logistics IT projects; Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Logistics Management or a related field; Experience in warehouse operations and / or knowledge of logistics SAP modules is an advantage. Passion to shape the future, open-minded, teamplayer; Strong interpersonal, communication and moderation skills; Excellent English skills written and spoken, German is an advantage Willigness to travel (including overseas).
