Candidate Profile : Experience :

Previous experience as a General Manager, CEO, or similar executive role, with a strong background in managing mid-sized companies, about 6+ years

• Degree in Economics, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• We need a hands-on person , with clear business strategies and operational experience and a mindset to lean in / clean up the process.
• Commercial attitude and experience with significant revenue responsibility
• Industry Knowledge : Experience in a relevant sector the plastics industry or (e.g., manufacturing, construction, PVC) but the company is open to professionals from other industries, Retail, FMGC
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems ( ERP, MES) lean tools and Quality systems.
• Leadership & Communication Skills :
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between departments and external partners.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skill
• English- advance level
