About the team : You will be a part of a current team of product owners, business analysts, project managers, and UI / UX designers, all working with the development, QA, support, service delivery, other teams to deliver a stellar customer experience across multiple touch points. The immediate focus of this position will be with Salesforce web and mobile portal applications and related workflows and systems. Responsibilities As a Product Owner for the Keysight Support Portal at Keysight Technologies, your responsibilities will include : Own and drive the product vision : You’ll help define the long-term strategic direction for the Keysight Support Portal, that provides an intuitive experience for customers, taking into consideration new AI technologies that improve the journey, self-service, and resolution outcomes for all. Curating and managing the product backlog : You’ll clearly define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring that the development and QA teams focus on valuable functionality. Providing acceptance criteria : You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define clear criteria for feature completion and quality, in a timely manner that helps facilitate the Agile Scrum process. Managing stakeholders : You’ll engage with business stakeholders, customers, as well as the support and delivery team to align product strategy and drive execution, including managing end-to-end projects. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner. At least 3 years’ experience with the Salesforce ecosystem At least 5 years delivering web and mobile based applications, used by customers (not just internal applications). Previous experience with AI based solutions such as Coveo is highly desired. Product Management Expertise : Being able to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategy and features, including UI / UX interface designs and wire frames. Strategic Vision : As a Product Owner, you’ll define the long-term vision for the product. This involves considering future trends, technological advancements (such as AI integration). Stakeholder Management : Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders—development teams, business leaders, customers, and end-users—are essential. You’ll need to balance competing priorities and ensure alignment. Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile practices is crucial. You’ll manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and work closely with the development team during sprints. Product Owner certification is strongly preferred. Customer-Centric Mindset : Prioritizing the best possible customer experience is at the core of your role. Empathy for end-users and the ability to advocate for their needs are vital. Technical Acumen : While you don’t need to be a developer, understanding technical concepts related to Salesforce helps you make informed decisions and communicate effectively with the engineering team.
