Good command in English (minimum B2 level) High school diploma or an equivalent Excellent customer service and relationship building skills High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized Ability to work in a fast-paced organization Good numerical and reasoning skills. Location : Cluj-Napoca, Romania

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communication via incoming telephone, emails and chat with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products
- Customer Order Management
- Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support
- Secure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively
- Proactively propose ways to improve the processes
- Adhere to given processes and procedures
- Update the database of customers and document activities
- Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations.
