The Opportunity
This is a key position supporting the Finance Business Operation team. More particularly in the service "Billing - Credit & Collections".
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You will be in charge of translating customer needs into our billing systems.
- You will find solutions that will ensure optimal "Time To Market" implementation of new products, services and price adjustments.
- You will work within the billing department, closely with IT teams, business, financial
- You will be able to perform complex analyses on Billing - Credit & Collections and you know how to translate this into concise management reporting
- You will propose improvements in both the billing and collecting process which should have short and long-term positive impact on our financial results
- You will perform analyses and controls within our "Order To Cash" process to ensure that all our products & services, that Worldline delivers to our customers, are fully and correctly billed
- You will follow up very specific Billing - Credit & Collection projects that are not necessarily part of our standard processes and this in the context of "Revenue Assurance" and "Cash Collection"
- You will participate in the implementation for the billing tool, in testing new functionalities, new products, invoices, pricing and collaborate with different teams from billing and it contact center.
- You will offer support to operational teams, get involved in incident solutions, escalation management, segregation of duties
- You will be responsible for reporting and queries, creating dashboards for the management, business in Order to Cash Department and be involved in the process of creation of contracts, master data, interface e-controls, solving errors , queries.
- You will be performing business analysis from a financial and IT system functionality standpoint in small and big projects, migration of systems
- You will also be involve din incident level support, as second line support, analyses of process, change management and continuous improvement
