Requirements

Requirements :

Fluency in Croatian (C1 / C2 level or native speaker);

Good command of English (B2 level);

Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively;

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software;

Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
