What can you expect :

As a member of the Global Enterprise Architecture team, you will join a group of highly experienced senior individuals who operate collaboratively across the organisation to set technical strategies, approaches, and standards as well as work collaboratively with teams across the enterprise.

In this role, you will join a growing team and have a direct impact on its effectiveness.,

As the Enterprise Architecture Technology and Standards Lead you will lead the technology standards and policies leveraged by all teams across MMC including their governance, continual evolution and alignment with by development teams.

We will count on you to :

Provide Technical Leadership for the Enterpriseregarding what technology or service should be usedin each situation (and which should not)

Partner with and work thru Lead Architects in every business unit

Act as a change champion driving modernization, consistency and re-use to accelerate teams and reduce costs

Continuously work to improve the accuracy and governance of our technology, shared servicesor application inventories

Own the Enterprise Architecture Policy, Capability Modeland related Standards

What you need to have :

Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (or similar working experience)

5+ years’ experienceestablishingTechnology strategies and governing their usage in a large organization.

Strong “Service Oriented Architecture” background (including REST principles and experience with Shared Services or API inventories).

Solid foundation in Cloud core concepts and Modern Development approaches.

Passionate about technology and always looking to understand the next big thing.

Passion for structure and information organization.

Strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated and driven for excellence.

Has a thirst for knowledge.

Able to operate at scale and with senior stakeholders.

Has a strong technical background and can engage in technical architectural conversations, effectively summarise, and contribute.

Has excellent written English and can convey complex concepts in easy to understand visually pleasing presentations.

Able to work collaboratively with technical peers from all divisions across MMC, able to lead discussions and build consensus.

Has a delivery focused approach and an appetite for change.

Good organizational skills, ability to create plans and follow up on tasks assigned to others.

What makes you stand out :

Strong background in software development (full stack plus deployments)

AWS / Azure Architecture Certifications

Experience with regulated environments, systems security, and privacy.

Agile / Scrum Experience

UML and Architectural diagramming experience
