As a mediator, you translate the technical requirements into concepts for internal and / or external service providers and ensure that everyone involved has a common understanding. You advise the specialist departments on the optimal use of existing and / or new IT services to support their business processes. You develop solutions and specifications and support our specialist departments in optimizing their business processes. You ensure the smooth operation of IT services and monitor their quality and efficiency. You coordinate the implementation of adjustments and / or projects in close cooperation with internal teams and external service providers and act as a communication interface. You ensure that all partners involved in the solution implement the requirements in a targeted manner and in the interests of DVV. You report regularly to the specialist departments, IT management and stakeholders and thus contribute to transparency and efficient resource management.
