A key aspect of their offerings is the cordless product range, particularly a versatile battery system. This system currently includes over 300 cordless tools and gardening equipment, with plans to expand to 450 tools by 2027. The platform is recognized as one of the most comprehensive on the market, catering to both serious DIYers and hobby gardeners.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trade Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive sales and promote our premier tools and accessories within one of our largest retail partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your sales, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for our tools and accessories.
- Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities specific to power tools and related accessories.
- Cultivate strong relationships with store associates and management through regular communication and collaboration.
- Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competitive landscape in the tools market.
- Participate in the training program and apply acquired skills to deliver results focused on tools and accessories.
- Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations for store associates, management, and customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our tools.
- Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management regarding tools and accessories.
- Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, and in-store promotions related to our tool lines.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the tools marketplace, including user applications, product lines, competitors, and market trends.
- Maintain store aesthetics through effective merchandising and proper positioning of tools and accessories.
- Manage inventory levels for tools and accessories to ensure product availability and restock as necessary.
- Participate in resets and merchandising installations to enhance brand presence for tools in retail locations.
- Sell directly to customers in the retail environment, providing expert advice on tools and accessories.
