HR Manager : Contracts & Compliance (100% Remote)
Precision is your superpower. At Stallant Health & Wellness, we believe that the foundation of a great team starts with clear, accurate, and professional documentation. We are seeking a meticulously detailed Human Resources Manager to lead our contract creation and onboarding processes.
The Mission
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will be the primary architect of our employment agreements and legally binding documents. You will work closely with our executive leadership team (CAO, COO, and CFO) to ensure our hiring protocols are followed to the letter and remain in full compliance with US Federal and State labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft & Manage Agreements : Create offer letters, employment agreements, and business contracts using established templates, ensuring they align with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) classifications.
- Regulatory Oversight : Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of US HR laws, including EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA , to ensure equal opportunity and proper leave management.
- Healthcare Compliance : Complete detailed spreadsheets for healthcare providers, ensuring all Section 1557 and state-specific hiring protocols are met.
- Credentialing Support : Partner with the credentialing team to verify liability insurance and required credentials for new hires.
- Digital Organization : Maintain a highly organized Google Drive and keep BambooHR updated with current labor law documents and mandatory posters.
Who You Are
The Expert : You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of high-level work experience, specifically within the HR landscape.Detail-Oriented : You understand that accuracy in legal documents is vital to avoiding litigation and maintaining organizational integrity.Tech-Savvy : You are proficient in Google Workspace, video conferencing software, and HRIS platforms (experience with BambooHR is a plus).Principled : You consistently demonstrate integrity, honesty, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data.Position Details
