We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in industrial environments and technical projects to lead cross-functional teams focused on delivering advanced solutions for automation, data integration, and industrial systems. As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects in sectors such as oil and gas, energy, and industrial automation, ensuring the timely delivery of innovative solutions that align with organizational and customer goals.
This role requires a deep understanding of Project Management and Agile principles, combined with hands-on experience in overseeing teams that design and implement solutions for industrial systems. You will work closely with engineers, technical specialists, and stakeholders to drive execution, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

What You Bring
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (, Jira, AzureDevOps) and familiarity with project management tools (, Microsoft Project).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with the capacity to inspire teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly in technical and industrial contexts.
Strong understanding of industrial systems and technologies.
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience in tailoring Agile practices for technical and industrial projects.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Agile Leader, with a proven track record in managing teams within industrial environments such as oil and gas, energy, automation, or manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field; certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), International Project Management Association (IPMA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are preferred and considered a plus.
