Role – Regional Sales Manager for Beauty Industry with Ukrainian or Russian

Location : Romania

The Regional Sales Manager will drive the growth of beauty market sales across Romania, leveraging experience in active sales. The ideal candidate is fluent in Romanian and Ukrainian (or Russian), possesses strong negotiation skills, and is highly self-organized and results oriented.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the beauty market within Romania.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for the region.
• Search for and onboard new clients, expanding the customer base in the assigned territory.
• Ensure timely payment for products and that clients fulfill all contractual obligations.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients during business trips and participate in relevant exhibition events.
• Monitor the beauty market and competitors to continuously improve the regional sales strategy.
• Visit points of sale throughout Romania to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for the beauty sector, aligning water treatment technologies with market needs.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
