Responsibilities :
- RFQ and benchmark management (sourcing committee, supplier awarding, price negotiations, contract management);
- Supplier selection, supplier management, supplier development, business reviews;
- Proactively identifies and solves issues related to suppliers and allocated materials – escalation point for operational functions;
- Continuous engagement with market in order to assure the supply chain continuity in case of allocation, strategic shortages;
- Commodity lead buyer (only for the awarded categories) responsible for divisional procurement processes across 3 to 4 locations;
- Data accuracy in internal system : SAP / databases;
- Proactively identifies continuous improvement opportunities within the procurement process;
- KPIs implementation and monitoring : PPV, supplier spend, price increases, cost savings, cost reduction plan;
