Scheduler with Italian

Optimize project success at Accenture by balancing resources with business and individual growth goals. As a Scheduler you will cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners.

Manage Resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise. You will work with various parties within Accenture to accomplish this, these include : Consultants, Sales, Practice Leads, HR Partners, Schedulers from other regions, and your Region Scheduling Lead.

What you'll do :

• Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
• Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
• Contribute to the enhancement of scheduling systems and processes
• Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
• Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
• Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fuflill open project demands
