In more detail, the Coordinator will :

• Follow up suppliers’ documentation qualification process : data collection, document review, expediting on documentation;
• Expedite and collect documentation on the Vendor Management portal;
• Review documentation (mostly Financial and Quality) and implement comments, together with potential suppliers’ representatives;
• Undertake the final evaluation of suppliers;
• Report daily, weekly and monthly on qualification processes;
• Constantly interface with client stakeholders (Procurement and Vendor Management) to remove process roadblocks;
• Constantly interface with identified suppliers to speed up and organize the qualification process;
• Track performance metrics to elevate our vendor management efforts.
