Role Description

We are looking for a Business Training Consultant to join our team in Cluj.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will promote and deliver training programs that address real business needs and support employee development. You will collaborate closely with corporate clients to understand their objectives, propose tailored learning solutions, and ensure impactful learning experiences.

This role combines business development, consultative sales and training delivery — ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to strategic development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Business development and consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored training solutions
• Proven experience in promoting learning programs, corporate training services, or other B2B professional solutions
• Communication, presentation, and client engagement abilities
• Ability to analyze organizational challenges and connect them with relevant training interventions
• Experience in client relationship management role is an advantage
• Flexibility and availability to travel for client meetings and training delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
