End User Computing Workplace Architect

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop end user computing solutions, including desktop, laptop, mobile device, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Lead the architecture and deployment of modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Endpoint Manager (Intune), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
• Assess current workplace environments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology upgrades or process changes.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure workplace solutions meet organizational security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and architecture diagrams for EUC solutions.
• Evaluate tools to enhance end user productivity and experience.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to EUC support teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline device provisioning, application deployment, patching, and configuration management.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital workplace and end user computing space.
