What's this role about?

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure with a focus on cost efficiency and security using Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
• Create and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring production-ready setups, efficient workload deployments, and cost optimization strategies.
• Implement and maintain configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to ensure consistent environments and infrastructure as code practices.
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines for various application stacks including Java, .NET, JavaScript (React, Angular), and Python, emphasizing semantic versioning and proficiency with multiple branching strategies.
• Utilize GitOps principles and preferably Argocd for managing deployments and configurations.
• Manage database systems and message brokers, ensuring their stability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement observability practices using appropriate tools for logging, metrics, and alerting to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
