What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and lead end-to-end IT recruitment projects , delivering high-quality matches across technical and hybrid roles
• Create smart sourcing strategies that bring in the right people, fast
• Raise the bar on interview quality , working with hiring managers to ensure consistency and clarity
• Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs — from time-to-fill and offer acceptance to candidate satisfaction
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients , becoming their go-to recruitment partner
• Help grow our client base , spotting new opportunities and proposing tailored solutions
• Keep communication flowing with hiring managers, offering insights and feedback throughout the process
• Make candidates feel valued, from first contact to final offer
• Contribute smart ideas and market know-how that keep our approach fresh and future-ready
