Position Summary
1. Integrate different work processes operated by each business unit to contribute to standard HR operation.
2. Improve operation efficiency by providing and supporting HR services(recruitment, payroll, time & attendance, DM, L&D).
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Payroll and retirement payment] Manage basic payroll information through the payroll system, calculate payroll and retirement pay for employees in accordance with the laws and internal regulations, review the payment result. (Part leader)
provide overall services in relation to payroll including calculation of pay, withholding tax, and insurances.)
2. [Time&attendance management] Perform monthly Time&attendance closing ,help employee handle abnormal record in HR system .Answer employee questions about time& attendance according to policy.
3. [Creating statistics] Create and manage statistics from HR systems in order to help the decision making by the management.
4. [Payroll Data Audit and Verification] Work closely with regional HR, Country HR, Finance and external Payroll Vendor to ensure correctness of data, as well as with internal and external auditors, when needed and Find system issue and raise change request to enhance HR system
5. [Updating Documentation] Review Payroll processes, procedures, making changes while ensuring adequate controls are in place and followed. Ensure that all procedures are thoroughly documented and include proper checklists to ensure all essential process steps are followed
6. [Continuous Improvement] Recommend improvements to the Payroll process, as well as standardization of current Payroll definitions across the region. Work with Local HR teams and external Payroll Vendor on implementing changes
