Junior Instructional Designer

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Digital learning Content Design Associate to work with us remotely to support the launch of our new digital Learning platform CXG LEARN .

What you will be doing :

As a Digital learning Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Academy Team to deliver innovative and immersive training content on CXG Learn —our first all-in-one digital learning platform. This platform is designed specifically for our luxury retail clients, empowering their front-line teams—sales advisors, store managers, and trainers—with engaging, interactive learning experiences that elevate the retail experience. It’s a pioneering project and a high-priority initiative for 2025, marking CXG’s first major step into digital learning.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Content Creation Manager, contributing to a comprehensive library of training content tailored to the needs of luxury retail. The modules will cover essential themes such as retail experience, the art of selling, luxury retail management, and retail performance.
