Lead PHP Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented Lead PHP Full-Stack Developer to work closely with our product

owners to help shape and build the future of our Frontend ecosystem for a global online sports

betting operator. You will need strong frontend skills, experience on a modern component

framework like React or Vue, and expertise on a back-end framework like Symfony (preferably)

or Laravel.

More importantly, you will need to be a strong problem solver who loves to learn —

we’re not experts in everything and we don’t expect you to be either. You know good systems’

design when you see it and you know when and how to improve it. Details matter to you, and if

something is off — you will go the extra mile to figure out why.

W hat you'll be getting up to :

• Lead a cross functional team of software and QA engineers.
• Designing and implementing new features and solutions.
• Working with key business stakeholders to understand the problems that need to be addressed.
• Performing analysis of current programs including performance diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues.
• Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
• Refine system requirements and break them down into workable tasks.
• Prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Apply effective and clear communication with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
• Writing and improving the documentation for the company products and tools.
• Maintaining our products and assisting in troubleshooting production incidents.
• Helping customer support answer customer questions.
