In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of the UKG Time and Attendance system across our global operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic HR initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Lead the overall program management of the UKG Time and Attendance implementation, collaborating closely with stakeholders across various regions and functions.
- Address interdependencies across global HR initiatives and manage a diverse set of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Coordinate with solution architects, project managers, and external vendors to align on project deliverables and timelines.
- Oversee key program management areas: detailed work planning, risk and issue management, budgeting, testing, and cutover planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to Siemens Energy’s PMI-based project methodology, including Quality Gates and regular status reporting.
- Prepare and participate in Steering Committee meetings, providing executive-level updates and insights on program progress and challenges.
What You Bring- 5+ Years Project manager experience
- Completed university degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven extensive experience in managing complex IT programs, particularly in the HR domain.
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills, with a track record of working effectively with stakeholders across global teams.
- Strong communication skills with full business proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of HR IT landscapes, particularly in time and attendance systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise project methodologies and governance frameworks.
