On this occasion, our client is an international organization operating within the health and life sciences sector, currently experiencing a strong phase of development and investment in Eastern Europe.

We are seeking a Training Manager to join their Romanian team, responsible for executing scientific and technical training programs, supporting quality, regulatory, and medical vigilance processes, and acting as a key liaison between local operations and the headquarters’ functional departments.

Main Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and deliver technical and scientific training sessions for the commercial network and customer base in line with company objectives.

- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Representatives to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business priorities.

- Support the continuous professional development of the sales team through knowledge sharing and skill-building activities.

- Serve as a local technical reference point for quality, regulatory, and medical vigilance activities, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and local regulations.

- Report and document any quality-related issues, regulatory updates, or vigilance events to relevant headquarters functions and local management.

- Contribute to the organization and reporting of training programs in the areas of quality and vigilance.

- Maintain proactive communication with local authorities and participate in industry association working groups when required.

- Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and propose corrective or preventive actions.

- Participate actively in national and regional meetings, conventions, and scientific events representing the company.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences fields.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in technical training, quality management, regulatory affairs, or similar functions within the healthcare or life sciences industry.

Languages: Romanian and English required.

Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.

Proactive, reliable, and committed to promoting scientific excellence and compliance.
