We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our team at the brand-new Hilton Garden Inn Brasov, which is set to open in Q3 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare and administer HR-related documents, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Lead and / or support HR projects organized by the management company.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle, starting with employee onboarding.
- Coordinate and organize the celebration of employee birthdays and other company events.
- Promote and foster a culture of Hilton ambassadorship, ensuring staff embody the brand's values and service standards.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
REQUIREMENTS :
Work experience in human resources.Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation, as well as HR functions and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Commitment to delivering the best employee experience.Hands-on approach.Fluency in English is a must.WE OFFER :
