About the role

We’re looking for a skilled Audio-Visual & Broadcast Engineer to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our live productions and broadcast operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality technical solutions for both onsite and remote environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test new technical systems and equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and AV infrastructure.
• Operate and support audio-visual systems in production and broadcast settings.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose faults, and deliver effective fixes.
• Design and implement tailored AV or networking solutions when required.
• Support live events, broadcasts, and virtual productions by operating technical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable solutions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Stay up to date with emerging AV and broadcast technologies.
